Evangelina Lomeli

First-generation Mexican-American. Eldest daughter, so you already know. Recovering people pleaser. High achiever by conditioning, not by accident.

I have been the individual contributor, the frontline leader, and the person in HR trying to navigate change from the inside. That is not a credential. That is the work. It means I do not diagnose your organization from the outside. I diagnose it from every seat I have sat in.

I work as a Leadership, Performance, and Behavior Change Consultant at the intersection of organizational effectiveness and human sustainability. With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and clinical mental health training, I bring both systems thinking and human insight to the way organizations lead, communicate, and sustain performance under pressure.

My background includes global sales enablement, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives across enterprise environments, from individual contributors to C-suite leaders.
