Evangelina Lomeli

First-generation Mexican-American. Eldest daughter, so you already know. Recovering people pleaser. High achiever by conditioning, not by accident.

I work as a Leadership, Performance, and Behavior Change Consultant at the intersection of organizational effectiveness and human sustainability. With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and clinical mental health training, I bring both systems thinking and human insight to the way people lead, communicate, and sustain performance under pressure.
